In conjunction with other agencies and groups, the Chamber serves as a liaison to local businesses and industry to identify common needs, goals, and educational opportunities.  The Chamber strives to promote a positive business climate within the community.  The Chamber seeks to provide leadership development through the annual recognition of Barnwell County's:
